Job details and Material Selections
Discuss options for color and design with your salesperson.
Once your customized quote is created you will confirm and approve all selections and sign a contract.
A minimum 50% deposit is required to be paid prior to any template, scheduling or material ordering before we move forward. If the cost of the material is expected to be greater than 50% of the quoted estimate total for the job, the material cost must be paid in full. *Materials are not ordered until after your template has been processed to ensure the correct amount is ordered.
At this time we will schedule and confirm your template appointment. A tentative installation date will be held, however it is not final. All scheduling is window based and never an exact time.
Cabinets must be fully installed and level prior to our arrival for template. If we are not providing your sink, we require it to be onsite at the time of template. Any farm style sinks must be installed in their permanent position. It is required that the purchaser and/or decision maker be onsite at the time of template.
Once we have arrived we will begin the process of either a digital laser template or making an accurate pattern of the areas where the stone will be installed. This process can take 1 - 3 hours. We will confirm all scopes of the job at this time including but not limited to: edge selections, back splash and heights, sink information, etc.
The templator will create an exact digital file of your project within the days following your template. Creating your digital file generally takes 1 to 5 business days.
Post Template and material orders
Once the templator has created the digital file of your project we will confirm all of the finalized measurements and scope of work compared to your quoted estimate. We also order material at this time to ensure we order the correct amount needed for your job. At this time we will email you a final closing packet for signatures on all of your dimensions and selections as well as approval for any additions in costs due to variances from the quoted estimate. This packet must be signed and returned to us for us to proceed. This process may take between 3 business days to 2 weeks depending on material availability and obtaining required approvals.
Material Arrivals and Layout
When your material arrives and if it requires or you have requested we will email you for a layout approval. Layouts are not exact however they do provide a close representation of what your project will look like. Layouts are not generally needed for consistent grain materials or solid colors. Layouts must be approved before we proceed. This process generally takes 1 to 3 business days and varies greatly based on obtaining required approvals.
Install schedule confirmed
Our scheduling department will confirm your installation date and time with you. Again, appointments are window based and never an exact time.
We are master fabricators and use the latest technology. Your material will be cut down in to the shapes of your project. The edges are cut down to your selected profile and polished. Cutouts for sinks are added (faucet holes and some sink or cook top cutouts may be cut on site). Fabrication may take 5 business days to 2 weeks.
Installs generally take one day unless your project has several phases. It is required that the purchaser and/or decision maker are onsite at the time of installation. When the installation is completed a final walk through is done and final payment is due.
